For our European headquarters in Hamburg-Allermöhe, we are currently seeking a Scrum Master (m/f/d) to support our Scrum teams in the development and internationalization of our award-winning online shop.

Our two teams in Hamburg are experienced in agile methods - you will help them reach the next level.
Your responsibilities
Your main task is the lateral leadership and support of two agile development teams
You take responsibility for the results-oriented application of Scrum as an agile method
You promote self-organization, responsibility, team development, and continuous performance improvement of the teams using central performance metrics and transparent communication
You identify and eliminate potential obstacles with the team at an early stage
You support the teams in focusing on achieving their sprint goals and organize and moderate the corresponding meetings
Your profile
You have successfully completed studies or training, preferably with a commercial background
You have a solid understanding of agile methods, at least two years of practical experience as a Scrum Master, and can demonstrate successes in their application
You have a deep understanding of agile software development
