Your responsibilities

Data and AI are your home? Your new challenge includes the following tasks:

  • Design and implementation of Big Data / Analytics platforms in complex customer projects
  • Migration of historically grown onpremise solutions to cloud software
  • Redesign / optimization of selected components of a Big Data / Analytics platform
  • Evaluation and selection of suitable technologies for the implementation of data analytics use cases (including proof of concepts)
  • Support of bidding and tendering processes (e.g. architecture sketches, conceptual work samples, bid presentations, project planning)
  • Development of topics and promotion of internal and continuous expansion of knowhow in data architecture
  • Development, execution and scaling of data pipelines on cluster architectures
  • Design and implementation of data models
  • Support of the data science team in the development of statistical models
Your profile

Data is also in your DNA? You should bring the following:

  • Successfully completed studies in computer science, computer science or a comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of experience in the design and implementation of data platforms and data management processes
  • Practical experience with ETL / ELT tools and frameworks as well as advanced SQL knowhow
  • At least 2 years of experience in the practical application of common programming languages such as Python, Scala or Java
  • Implementation experience using the Hadoop ecosystem such as Hive, HBase, Kafka
