- Passive Candidate Sourcing: Drive passive sourcing using a variety of tools and techniques to identify top quality talent for our various job openings. These will include online job boards, LinkedIn, Google, Boolean Searches, X-Ray searches, database mining, silver medalist strategies and building referral networks.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct screening interviews and assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, availability and interest; coordinate background checks for successful candidates.
- Interview Scheduling: Work collaboratively with Executive Assistants, Hiring Managers and with our candidates to schedule a smooth and impactful interview experience both onsite and virtually through MS Teams. This could potentially include escorting candidates to and from conference rooms.
- Job requisition management and recruitment compliance: Remain compliant with all governance, keep ATS system fully up to date in accordance with internal processes.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with TABPs/Recruiters, hiring managers, and cross functional partners to understand their recruitment needs, job requirements, and suggest effective sourcing strategies.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand by writing attractive job postings, engaging with candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Candidate Pipeline: Build and maintain a deep bench of qualified and interested candidates for a variety of functional areas.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of recruitment/sourcing experience, preferred. Ideally previous recruitment agency experience.
- Knowledge of Workday or a similar ATS/HRIS is strongly preferred.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience working with social media, including LinkedIn.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule to include three (3) days per week in the Parsippany office is required.

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer at Ferring, you will be responsible for driving the proactive sourcing of passive candidates and conducting the "front end" of the talent acquisition process, sourcing, screening, and maintaining pipelines of high-caliber professionals to fill various positions within our organization. You will also help schedule both onsite and virtual interviews. Your role is vital in ensuring that we continue to hire the best talent in the pharmaceutical industry. Our Compensation and Benefits
At Ferring, base salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $46, 265 to $110,500, which is the reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount paid may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, education and primary work location. Additional compensation for this role will be provided based on competitive annual incentive compensation targets in the form of an annual bonus - payouts are based on individual and company performance.
Benefits for this role include: comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with a premium differential, inverse to base salary, to be paid by employees; a 401k plan and company match; short and long-term disability coverage; basic life insurance; wellness benefits; reimbursement for certain tuition expenses; sick time frontloaded yearly of 40 hours, or higher if state or local law requires; vacation time for full time employees to accrue between 112.5 and 150 hours yearly in the first four (4) years of employment, and additional accruals starting in the fifth (5th) year of employment; and 12 to 13 paid holidays per year. For roles that are not field-based, Ferring has a policy that allows employees to work up to two days from home and three at a Ferring site, weekly.
