    What we're looking for:


    As a Senior AI Product Manager for the Verizon Consumer Group AI platforms team, you will be responsible for ideating, strategizing, building and driving AI product capabilities to optimize frontline productivity and deliver AI recommended solutions.

    The CXO organization is focused on strengthening VCG's position in its current market and also shaping the Employee Experience Products, Platforms and Tools to leverage VCG's AI capabilities for optimized frontline staffing, planning & operations.

    The CXO AI platforms team is a strategic AI Ops team aimed at building a suite of AI/ML products in many employee-facing use cases, from desktop experiences to scheduling/forecasting.

    The AI programs are executed in partnership with the business and Enterprise AI & Data teams.

    You will be the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) and accountable for developing new ideas & prototypes in partnership with AI & Data Teams, bridging the gap between the business needs and the suite of AI capabilities being developed within Verizon.

    Quickly developing solutions and building the case for change to clearly articulate business value & gain support from stakeholders. Building roadmaps, assessing feasibility, for product development.

    This role will continuously evaluate and plan a path for attainment of AI business objectives, leveraging AI insights, KPI trends and analytics, and enabling AI-recommended business decisions for partner teams.


    Responsibilities:


    Developing and executing a strategy and roadmap for products based on analytics and AI/ML that drive business outcomes, while considering user feedback, competitive analysis, and business goals.


    Responsible for management and/or development of a product or products, including development of business requirements, planning, business justification, verification, forecasting, pricing, profitability, and launch at all stages of the product life cycle; involved in bringing products to market and longer-term evolution and maintenance of product suites.

    Identifying AI opportunities across VCG and apply existing AI solutions in new ways to drive value at-scale.


    Actively collaborating with change agents in the business and with business transformation managers to define & implement change elements to support the AI solution.

    Proactively identifying and addressing technical strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats across the AI/ML landscape, embrace change and adapt to new and emerging AI industry trends

    Leveraging explainable AI for transparent, responsible AI standards and recommendations to business partners and drive alignment.


    Partnering with business and technology stakeholders in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.

    Leading multiple cross-functional teams charged with improving the customer and employee experiences and implementing strategic enterprise-wide efficiency-driving programs.

    Preparing and executing regular program updates to senior management with weekly status reports

    Ensuring adoption of solutions and processes so that improvements are realized and benefits are attained

    Partnering with Business, Strategy, Operations, AI & Data Analytics organizations to identify and implement AI products, use cases and storytelling with insights for workforce planning solutions

    Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of AI initiatives through success metrics, A/B Testing, AI model efficacy and What If scenario planning capabilities


    Reviewing and analyzing current AI modeling results, refine product features, review model outputs and analyze trends to provide business recommendations.


    Leading agile ACT team as an AI Product Owner for sprint planning, sprint execution, sprint releases, UAT testing, evangelize AI and drive business adoption at various levels.


    What we're looking for:
    You have an imaginative product mindset and extensive experience with delivering AI/ML driven solutions.

    You are comfortable working in an innovation-focused environment – in particular, evaluating emerging trends and technologies to assess their feasibility, viability and functioning effectively in a fail-fast environment.

    You are a self-starter and a quick learner, and are able to innovate and report on tasks and status proactively.


    You'll need to have:
    Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

    Six or more years of relevant work experience.

    Experience in quickly prototyping new solutions using AI/ML models

    Experience partnering with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, BI teams on analytics projects.

    Experience with product/project management skills and roles.

    Experience in designing, developing and deploying AI/ ML projects.

    Experience in forecasting models, supply/demand & schedule optimization AI/ML models.

    Even better if you have one or more of the following:
    MBA/Master's degree in computer science, data science or an AI-related discipline.

    Black or Green Belt in Lean | Six-Sigma.

    Five or more years of experience in Telecom, customer service, retail sales, supply chain and/or Marketing.

    Prior knowledge of Retail POS or Customer Service platforms such as ACSS or Live Chat or Inside Sales

    Strong Agile, Scrum and Product leadership abilities leading cross-functional teams

    Proficiency in engaging and influencing large teams and functional leaders at various levels.

    Excellent analytical, project management, problem-solving and communication skills.

    Ability to work independently, efficiently and effectively under time constraints and deliver results by critical deadlines.

    Strong competency in Telecom systems, practices and sales and support channels.

    Experience in dynamic forecasting, supply/demand & schedule optimization AI/ML models

    Functional knowledge of SQL, Data Visualization tools Tableau, Qlik, Looker on Google Cloud/Teradata

    Management Consulting experience working on transformational AI initiatives.

    Understanding of AI-related coding languages is a plus but not required


    The ideal candidate will possess an AI background and a comprehensive domain knowledge of Retail Store operations or Call center operations, workforce planning and forecasting processes.
