    **Funciones**

    Perfil con experiencia como back office asistiendo al equipo comercial en las tareas y gestiones administrativas. Adems ser la persona responsable de introducir los pedidos en el sistema y gestionar el seguimiento con el departamento de logstica. Experiencia tambin en interlocucin con los clientes. Descripcin de la oferta Introduccin de los pedidos en el programa informtico (ERP), seguimiento de los pedidos con el departamento de logstica Atencin telefnica y enlace entre el cliente y el departamento tcnico para responder cuestionarios, preguntas tcnicas, etc. Contactar peridicamente con clientes para conocer la demanda, competencia, etc. Elaboracin y envo de ofertas a clientes. Apoyo en cualquier tarea administrativa al departamento comercial Ofrecer propuestas de cambios o mejoras en el departamento. Perfil del candidato Perfil con dominio del idioma Ingls (IMPRESCINDIBLE) Diplomatura universitaria o equivalente. Comunicacin, habilidad para la negociacin, orientacin al cliente externo/interno. Tacto y diplomacia, tolerancia a la frustracin, etc. Experiencia previa como back office y/o customer service internacional (mnimo de 3 aos). Disponer de carnet de conducir y de vehculo privado. Residir en provincia de Barcelona. Oferta de empleo Contrato directo con empresa final. Posicin estable con flexibilidad horaria de entrada y viernes por la tarde libre. **Requisitos**

    Perfil con dominio del idioma Ingls. Residir en Valls Occidental o Baix Llobregat o Barcelons. Experiencia previa como back office y/o customer service Disponer de vehculo privado
