    Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Customer Service/Dispatcher to join our team. This role is crucial in acting as the first point of contact for our clients and coordinating the dispatch of concrete pumps to various construction sites. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to manage logistics effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
    • Schedule and dispatch concrete pumps and operators to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs.
    • Coordinate with site managers, drivers, and maintenance staff to ensure optimal dispatching and routing based on site schedules, equipment availability, and customer requirements.
    • Provide detailed directions and information to drivers to assist with on-time and efficient delivery of services.
    • Maintain records of calls, dispatches, and other relevant activities.
    • Handle customer complaints and queries, providing timely and effective solutions.
    • Monitor the location and status of concrete pumps using GPS tracking systems.
    • Prepare accurate billing and invoicing information.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless service experience.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in a dispatch role or customer service position, preferably in the construction or transportation sector.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient with computer systems, including GPS tracking and scheduling software.
    • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations.
    • Familiarity with the concrete industry is a plus.

    Working Conditions:

    • Office environment; Monday to Friday with occasional weekend hours as needed.
    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods and operate standard office equipment.
