- Contribute in completion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing.
- Analyze, prepare, track, and input AS400 journal entries.
- Reconcile and analyze various Account Analysis's on a monthly basis.
- Prepare, analyze, and review monthly S&A variance reports.
- Assist Division month-end, quarter, and YE financial book preparation & distribution.
- Perform printing and distributing AP checks.
- Perform InterCompany Billings.
- Handle Fixed Asset accounting for the Food and CAPP Divisions.
- Assist in Other Dept. duties and Special Projects as deemed appropriate.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Proficient in MS Excel required.
- Manages time effectively and prioritizes completing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work independently.
- Demonstrates strong work ethic and the desire to learn.
- Meticulous attention to detail and committed to producing high-quality work.
