The OSG Sterilgut GmbH is a service company in the healthcare industry.


The company, originally founded as an operating center, has been offering the service of reprocessing medical devices to the operating doctors in the center for over 30 years.

Due to increased demand from external operators and facilities, the need for professional external reprocessing in the outpatient and inpatient sector became apparent.

Against this background, OSG Sterilgut GmbH was founded in 2007 as a privately owned company and has been offering reprocessing of medical devices for outpatient doctors, emergency services, operating centers, day clinics, and hospitals ever since.


We are currently looking for a technical sterilization assistant (m/f/d) for our CSSD (Central Sterile Supply Department) in Wendover, UT.

The main tasks include all steps of the reprocessing process of surgical instruments:


  • Precleaning/dismantling
  • Decontamination
  • Inspection/care/function testing/assembly
  • Packaging/labeling
  • Sterilization/release/picking

  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a positive work environment
  • Computer literacy
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Sense of responsibility the reprocessed surgical instruments are used for operations on patients
  • Ability to follow defined work processes and communication channels
