We are looking for you for our client in the social sector in East Lower Saxony for direct placement (no temporary work) as a Regional Manager (m/f/d) in full-time with office in Salzgitter, Wolfenbüttel or Wolfsburg.

Responsibilities:

These tasks await you:
Regional management for multiple district associations

Interface between district associations and the board

Further development and optimization of processes within the association

Budget management

Representation of the association to the public and politics

Communication with member organizations, associations and institutions

Qualifications:

What you bring:
Degree in business administration, economics, social sciences or similar

Relevant leadership experience in the social sector with commercial responsibility

In-depth knowledge of association structures and public institutions in the social sector

Analytical, business-oriented thinking and ability to optimize processes

Problem-solving skills and goal-oriented work style

Excellent MS Office skills

Strong communication skills and empathy
