Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct thorough assessments of the existing power infrastructure in the CNMI.
  • Develop and deploy predictive models to anticipate future power requirements and propose efficient solutions.
  • Lead interdisciplinary project teams to ensure the timely and costeffective completion of power infrastructure initiatives.
  • Generate detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, offering datadriven insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, utility companies, and other key stakeholders to align project objectives with regional power strategies.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Travel to project sites in the CNMI as needed for project implementation and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in utilityscale power projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in overseeing power infrastructure assessments and largescale energy initiatives.
  • Proficiency in modeling software and data analysis tools for effective decisionmaking.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel to the CNMI for project management and execution.

ADA Notations:

  • Ability to travel to project sites in the CNMI, which may involve longdistance flights and extended periods away from home.
  • Capability to navigate varied terrain and work environments during onsite project visits.
  • Flexibility to adjust to different climates and working conditions in the CNMI, including exposure to outdoor elements.
  • Capacity to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 30 pounds during fieldwork and site assessments.
