    Job Title: Tax Senior Manager - Corporate Tax Provisions and Compliance at Baker Tilly

    Responsibilities:
    • Work directly with firm leadership to provide tax advisory and compliance services to corporate clients
    • Mentor and coach talented staff to develop their skills
    • Contribute to the firm's success and growth

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide federal tax compliance and consulting to industry-specific clients
    • Lead client relationships on tax matters, including provision work and compliance
    • Research tax matters, coordinate on complex issues, and manage client engagements
    • Network to acquire new clients and support team members' development

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, CPA or JD required
    • 8+ years of tax compliance experience in a professional services firm
    • Demonstrated management, analytical, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to lead, provide exceptional client service, and demonstrate continuous learning

    Additional Information:
    • Compensation range: $119,070 to $252,370 (may vary based on factors)
    • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred
