- Design, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes to optimize productivity and workflow efficiency while clearly communicating goals and control plans to manufacturing management and shop personnel
- Execute and deliver on-time CER (Capital Expenditure Request) projects/programs based on annual operating plan
- Coaching individuals and teams in applying effective problem-solving using the appropriate Six Sigma problem-solving tools such as 4C, A3, DMAIC etc.
- Develops employee training and development on lean manufacturing concepts and culture throughout the facility

- Exposure to a lean environment or lean tools (VSM, 5S implementation, RCA, PFMEA/DFMEA etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in either engineering, industrial engineering, or other relevant fields
- Minimum 5 years' experience in process optimization, engineering, quality, or business management in manufacturing environment
- Project management experience with an aptitude for being a self-starter and balancing/prioritizing multiple projects at once
- High-level knowledge of gathering and analyzing data through ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- LSSGB or LSSBB preferred

Summary:
The Continuous Improvement Manager analyzes, maintains, and improves organizational performance. He/she is responsible for deploying business strategy through collection and presentation of key performance indicators and executing either as team lead or coach for corporate and plant level initiatives.
