    Are you a high-energy, results-driven marketing professional ready to take on an exciting challenge? We're seeking a dynamic individual to lead our marketing efforts with positivity and passion.


    As a Marketing Content Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and driving success through innovative marketing strategies.

    In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our marketing initiatives, overseeing and executing every aspect of our marketing plan with precision and enthusiasm.

    From managing listings to cultivating leads, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts to connect with our audience and drive growth.

    Compensation


    • Competitive salary range of $48,000-$55,000
    • Paid Time Off (PTO)

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for our brand and listings.
    • Harness the power of sales and marketing technology to optimize our strategies.
    • Serve as a CRM expert, ensuring efficient lead tracking and cultivation.
    • Design compelling marketing collateral to enhance our brand presence.
    • Spearheaded our social media strategy, engaging with our audience across multiple platforms.
    • Take charge of Google Ad campaigns and digital marketing endeavors.
    • Create captivating content, from flyers to videos, that showcases our offerings.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
    • Extensive experience in social media strategy and campaign implementation.
    • Proficiency in Google Ad campaigns and social media marketing.
    • Familiarity with design tools like Canva, InDesign, and Photoshop.
    • Ability to adapt to and master new software programs quickly.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Creative problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude.
