After successful onboarding, you will use your eye for detail and communication skills to identify and convince our desired candidates, with a focus on sales positions.

  • Through innovative ideas, you reach customers outside of the usual sourcing channels
  • Several years of professional experience in active sourcing on the side of a personnel service provider or in-house
  • Experience in direct approach and in managing clients and candidates
  • Experience in conducting interviews (phone/video)
  • Strong consulting and problem-solving skills
