Description

The Behrendt Real Estate Management has been responsible for the comprehensive commercial and technical management of a continuously growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties for 20 years.

Currently, we have approximately rental apartments and 5000 square meters of office space in our portfolio.

We are currently looking for a full-time caretaker (m/f/d) to join our team in Hamburg Jenfeld to manage our residential properties.

Your tasks will include:

Being the first point of contact for our tenants, service providers, and property management
Conducting movein and moveout inspections for rental units
Reading and recording utility meters for heating, water, and electricity
Coordinating maintenance and repair work with external contractors in consultation with the management
Performing minor repairs and addressing any issues or defects
Maintaining and monitoring the outdoor areas
Conducting regular inspections of the properties to ensure they are wellmaintained and in compliance with regulations.
