Description
Our client is a full-service commercial and industrial construction staffing firm that provides reliable craftsmen to contractors who need them, where and when they need them. Founded in 2003 to address the challenges of recruiting skilled craftsman in the construction industry, they aim to create a team environment with strong leadership and a business culture that inspires employees.
As a Territory Sales Representative, you will focus on new business development within commercial and industrial construction sites, building relationships with project managers, superintendents, and sub-contractors. Your tasks will include selling in the field, managing the sales pipeline, attending meetings, presentations, and securing contracts. You will spend three to four days in the field and one to two days planning, collecting timecards, following up with clients via email, phone, or video.
The Territory Sales Manager's primary objective is to expand business in Milwaukee and drive growth across the Midwest, with the potential to advance to the role of Regional Manager.
