Description
Key ResponsibilitiesDesigns and executes the control plan, audits to ensure that control plans are being followed, and ensures containment and corrective action in the event of non-conformance.
Facilitates training, corrective action process review, is typically the corrective action leader and the single point of contact to the customer for corrective action.
Ensure all customer quality requirements are integrated into the QMS and communicate to management when gaps exist in meeting those requirements.
Provides an overview of the customer quality requirements.Essential ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the creation & implementation of PFMEA & Control Plans to support manufacturing processesInvestigate causes of internal & external nonconformance & facilitate corrective actionsAudit processes to the defined standards to ensure process conformanceAnalize & interpret data from manufacturing processes to identify areas for continuous improvement.
Conduct Gauge R&R on existing and new measurement systems.Aid in the implementation & training of associates to product & process quality standardsAct as the quality point of contact for the customer to facilitate the resolution of customer nonconformance.
Ensure all quality requirements are integrated into the QMS and communicate to management when gaps exist in meeting those requirements.
