What I'll be doing:

  • Performing dimensional and visual inspections in incoming goods
  • Handling supplier complaints independently
  • Conducting functional tests and carrying out installation samples
  • Developing and continuously documenting processes to ensure quality in production
  • Creating and reviewing initial sample inspection reports
  • Entering and maintaining data in internal systems
  • Processing complaints with internal and external suppliers
  • Analyzing data and deriving improvements
  • Participating in continuous improvement processes

What you'll need:

  • A completed technical apprenticeship, technician degree, or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of common quality management tools is desirable
  • Strong understanding of processes and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and willingness to work
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of English is a plus
