This position is part of the
_Scientific Applications Support team_ located in the

In this role, you will have the
opportunity to:

Communicate with and support customers to provide pre

- and post-sales technical support for a growing genomics-focused product offering and associated bioinformatics analysis platform. Maintain this knowledge in Archer's growing database of technical information.

Support the complaint triage and investigation process and assist with complaint resolution by determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and expediting resolution to the customer's satisfaction.
Be able to communicate complex concepts and engage in highly technical conversations while building and maintaining relationships with customers.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology or a related field
Previous experience with processing and analyzing NGS datasets
Previous experience working in a customerfacing role

It would be a plus if you also possess
previous
experience in:

Basic script writing experience (Python preferred)
Handson experience with NGS library preparations and sequencing analysis
Familiarity with Archer and/or IDT NGS product offerings

The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000.

This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
