The Project
We are looking for an employee (m/f/d) for the animal and nature experience world at Volkspark Jungfernheide. Our petting zoo is a popular destination for families in the area. Kindergartens and schools visit us to pet animals and experience goats, rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, and ducks in nature.


Your future responsibilities

  • Care for the animals (cleaning the stables, feeding the animals, etc.)
  • Supervision of visitor groups
  • Preparation and followup of visits (maintenance of the premises, etc.)
  • Support with repairs and expansion of the facility
  • Additional tasks may be added based on suitability and interest

Requirements

Meeting the eligibility criteria of the labor market program - 16i SGB II:

  • Interest in working outdoors
  • Willingness to work on weekends and in the afternoons

Working hours
The regular weekly working hours are 30 hours. The position is available immediately and is limited until September 30, 2024.
