What you will do:


  • You will be responsible for advising employees and managers on all personnel and labor law issues within a defined support area
  • You will accompany the employees in your area through the entire employee lifecycle from recruiting to offboarding
  • You actively contribute as a trusted contact person in your teams and keep an eye on all personnelrelated topics in your area and provide advice when needed
  • You participate in change processes and personnel development measures together with your team and managers
  • You support in preparing payroll accounting
  • You independently create contracts, certificates, references and contract adjustments for your area
  • If necessary, you create personnelrelated reports and present them to the respective contact persons
  • Participation in the optimization and implementation of HR processes is also part of your area of responsibility
  • You contribute to strategic personnel planning and recruitment

What you bring:


  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification with a focus on human resources
  • You also have relevant professional experience, preferably as an HR generalist / HR business partner
  • You enjoy working with people and thrive in a team environment
  • You have an empathetic and communicative demeanor
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, as well as good English skills complete your profile
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills are an advantage
