- Under limited supervision, performs jobs of various scope and complexity while exercising sound judgement.

- Performs administrative tasks and coordination of associated activities for facilities, real estate, and logistics.
- Communicates with employees and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate information, manage requests, and address complaints.
- Troubleshoots problem areas, resolving issues and recommending solutions.
- Coordinates with vendors, real estate, facilities, and property management.
- Distributes mail, stocks supplies, and coordinates conference room set-ups.
- Supports facilities and real estate administration activities.
- May focus activities on quality assurance or other programs as directed.
- Maintains data and makes reports.
- May serve as backup to the receptionist.
- Frequently required to handle; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, bend, crouch or crawl.
- The employee must also occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more.
- Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, quality personnel, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products about information related to the shipment.
- Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.
- Coordinates with Security, IT, and other relevant stakeholders as a general liaison for all activities, pertaining to Real Estate and Corporate Services.
- High School plus 4-5 years relevant experience
