Controlling Clerk

(Full-time, part-time possible | permanent)

Job Description:


We are looking for a Controlling Clerk to join our Finance, Accounting, Controlling, and Funding department at Elmwood Place, OH as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities will include creating forecasts and budgets, preparing regular financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually), and participating in the development of the economic plan in coordination with other departments.

You will also be responsible for the development of key performance indicators and preparing and presenting analyses for the executive board.


Requirements:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship with several years of professional experience in finance/accounting or a completed degree (especially with a focus on commercial/business administration) or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of grant law and taxes is an advantage
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and structured thinking skills, as well as the ability to quickly grasp complex issues
  • Excellent and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ideally, experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or other accounting software and Jet-Reports
  • Confident demeanor and ability to work independently


We expect you to have a good command of common software applications (especially M365), strong teamwork skills, and a desire to continuously develop your own competencies.
