    Description

    Job Title: Process Engineer at Electronics Manufacturing Company

    The Electronics Manufacturing Company is looking for a proactive and driven Process Engineer to join their team at the Norwood, MA facility. As the technical lead in New Product Introduction (NPI), you will be responsible for enhancing assembly processes for legacy products.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Utilize expertise in Process Development to troubleshoot various standard printed circuit board assembly processes.
    • Experience with CAM software such as UNI CAM or AEGIS is beneficial.
    • Demonstrate knowledge of ISO 9001 AS9100 practices and IPC-610-A Workmanship Standards.
    • Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
    • Ensure production meets customer satisfaction and revenue goals.
    • Identify areas for process improvement based on monitoring and experience.
    • Report process metrics to enhance performance.

    Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

    • Minimum of five years experience in printed circuit board assembly.
    • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
    • Prefer candidates with a Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical background.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
    • Open to adapting and taking on additional responsibilities.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • US Citizenship or green card required due to ITAR Restrictions.
