We are Careship.

As a social enterprise from the heart of Berlin, our goal since 2015 has been to enable people with support needs to live as independently as possible in their own homes and to relieve their caregivers.

We bridge the gap between medical nursing and family caregivers.

With Careship Ambulant, we have now succeeded in making everyday assistance accessible to all support-needing individuals, regardless of their financial situation.


We are looking for reliable everyday helpers to accompany and care for people who need support with everyday tasks due to their age or health impairments.

Tasks:

  • Shopping and appointment accompaniment
  • Support with household tasks, personal care, and mobility
  • Providing company, cooking together, and spending leisure time together

Qualifications:

  • You have a heart for people with support needs.
  • You are reliable and helpful.
  • You have a clean criminal record.
  • You have fluent German skills.
  • You are an EU citizen or have a permanent residence permit.
  • You have a smartphone for using our app.

Benefits:

  • Responsibility: Independent work and support from our team at all times in a meaningful task.
