Your Responsibilities


As a System Administrator at McCracken, you will be responsible for the administration and management of our add2 IT infrastructure.

This includes analyzing, classifying, and prioritizing incoming incidents within the scope of 1st and 2nd level support.

You will also ensure the operational security of our IT systems, including servers, clients, web services, VPN, Exchange, and firewall.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing our storage, telecommunications, and backup systems. You will provide support to users for software and hardware issues and report directly to the CTO.

Your Profile


To be successful in this role, you should have a technical degree or equivalent education and 2-3 years of experience as a System Administrator (experience in an agency is a plus).

You should have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and Exchange, as well as experience with Microsoft Azure and Hyper-V virtualization.

Proficiency in Powershell and Microsoft Office 365 products is also required. Knowledge of networking is a plus.

We are looking for someone who is highly flexible, a team player, and has excellent German and good English skills.
