    Position Summary:
    The Marketing Communications Manager will develop and drive effective 360° marketing plans to increase awareness and drive unit velocities.

    In close partnership with cross-functional partners, this role will create and execute awareness campaigns, new item launch plans, and best-in-class digital content.

    This leader brings a demonstrated ability to drive performance, learning agility, and an analytical mindset to build and share the Brew Dr.

    brand.

    Job Responsibilities:
    Drive holistic marketing efforts to maximize brand awareness and impact:

    Lead the ideation and execution of 360° marketing plans by working cross-functionally with teams
    Develop and lead social media strategy, including playbooks, best practices, KPIs, and content
    Lead all Brew Dr. PR activity, including earned media strategies, external messaging, and press releases
    Lead influencer strategy and execution, including growing and developing a strong network of influencer relationships
    Engage new and current fans through the Brew Dr. external newsletter, including strategy, goals, and KPIs to increase list size, open rate, and click-through rate
    Refine brand positioning, including creative and content, to elevate Brew Dr


    across marketing channels:
    Develop & refine brand and product communications, ensuring key messaging is consistent across all touchpoints (owned, earned, customer, etc.)
    Write, review, and edit copy for cross-functional needs, including packaging, PR, retailers, .com, digital marketing, etc.
    Develop clear & thoughtful creative briefs for creative and content teams to create best-in-class assets
    Assist in creating on-brand, engaging digital content to build the Brew Dr. brand
    Manage and optimize external partnerships, and stay current on industry and digital trends:

    Manage a growing portfolio of external agencies and consultants who can deliver exceptional service and solutions at a fair cost
    Assess, choose, and review partners to optimize their effectiveness and efficiency in delivering against Brew Dr.'s objectives and make necessary changes
    Maintain awareness of the latest trends, social media platforms, and opinion leaders
    Oversee administrative tasks such as maintaining the store locator and ratings & reviews

    Qualifications & Experience:
    3-5 years of relevant marketing experience
    Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns
    Strong relationship management, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
    Candidates with experience in B2B consumer packaged goods preferred
    Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence others toward an idea or goal
    Creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
