Tasks, Competencies, and Responsibilities:
- Management of a property with multiple buildings
- Compliance with and implementation of all relevant regulations and guidelines for technical facility management
- Independent planning of maintenance and repair measures
- Participation in larger maintenance projects and smaller new, renovation, and expansion projects in the field of technical trades
- Cost optimization of technical and infrastructure FM services
- Deployment planning, coordination, and performance monitoring of external service providers
- Close collaboration with other departments and teams.
