SUMMARY:
The Interim Pharmacy Director serves as the Pharmacist in Charge, reporting to the Market Director of Pharmacy. This role oversees daily departmental activities and staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality assurance, performance improvement, and effective workflows. Additionally, the Interim Pharmacy Director functions as a pharmacist, providing dispensing and clinical services.
