Responsibilities:
The Position
Lead System Automation Projects:
Spearhead the development and optimization of our AI-driven questionnaire process and overall program systems to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.
Technical Development:
Work closely with COtingency teams to develop backend solutions that support COtingency's service offerings, leveraging your understanding of software and automation tools
Project Management Excellence:
Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring that all technical solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and align with our strategic objectives.
Innovate and Optimize:
Continuously seek out and implement improvements in our process automation, leveraging tools like Zapier, , and other AI technologies to keep our operations at the cutting edge
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Business advisors, and external contractors to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technical solutions with business needs
Qualifications:
Qualifications
