Description
TM Floyd & Company is seeking an IT Project Manager, who will be responsible for:Account management of cloud provider accounts in a payer environment (client)
Initial project initiation and preparation of various test environments
Release and deployment management across various test and production environments
Testing coordination and support
Tracking of project milestones and releases
Data migration coordination and support as required
Coordination of preparation for production environment
Coordination and support of final move to production environment
Troubleshooting connectivity and testing issues in test and production environments
Communicate with plan customers on monitored troubleshooting calls and by writing through ticket process
The project manager will utilize their ability to interact with customers regarding their business and technical needs and participate in implementation of needs, upgrades, and conversion projects.
The position requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or related and five years of IT project manager, team lead, and/or testing lead experience.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare domain, including member enrollment, claims processing (Local & BlueCard ITS Home/Host), EDI transactions (837/835/834/270/271/276/278), and implementing healthcare/HIPAA reforms is preferred.
The salary range for this position is $99,000$125,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individuals skills, experience, and qualifications.
