Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data-Driven Data Strategy Program Manager to join our team.

As the Data Strategy Program Manager, you will be responsible for generating and driving project plans, ensuring successful execution of data-driven initiatives, and optimizing data management processes.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for data-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, leveraging your strong leadership skills to motivate team members and drive results.

Produce timely and accurate status reports to stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, milestones, and potential risks.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and implement data governance and management practices, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security.

Apply strategic thinking to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business insights and inform decision-making.

Develop and implement new processes and frameworks to optimize data management and drive continuous improvement.

Serve as a subject matter expert on data strategy and management, providing guidance and support to internal teams as needed.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data management, incorporating new methodologies and technologies to enhance our data-driven capabilities.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration) required; advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience in program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex data-driven initiatives on time and within budget.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Demonstrated expertise in data governance and management principles, with a deep understanding of data quality, integrity, and security.

Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and drive organizational change.

Process-minded individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
