Your tasks

  • Establishment of a department with a focus on physical examination/evaluation of national and international customer complaints for our non-active medical devices
  • Evaluation of potentially reportable incidents in collaboration with the vigilance team
  • Preparation of statements for customers and/or employees
  • Liaison with the Investigations team in the USA
  • Collaboration with product management, sales, customers, suppliers, and specialist departments

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed your technical studies in the field of medical technology, materials science, or engineering, or have a comparable qualification
  • You have relevant professional experience in the field of medical devices or similarly regulated products
  • Experience with the medical device standard ISO 13485 and post-market surveillance of medical devices according to the Medical Device Regulation (MDR) 2017/745 (EU) is advantageous
  • You are intrinsically motivated and eager to independently shape and establish a new department
  • You enjoy coordinating and communicating, and working in an international environment
  • You have a careful and reliable work style with good self-organization skills
  • Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form complete your profile
