We provide professional development and consulting services in web and mobile applications development. Our service reaches out to web based solutions including website designing, eCommerce solutions and integration solutions as well as applications catering to advanced mobile technology.

Job Description

A Business Analyst will monitor key metrics used to determine trends that will impact customers, act as an escalation point for customer issues and concerns, and work with product/development in evaluating defect priorities that impact customers.

Responsibilities:

Develop project scope, schedule, and requirements; and generate technical documents for developers to execute
Act as professional liaison between executive project management and development team
Generate cost/benefit analyses and business impact analyses for executive leadership
Responsibly set up and host regular conference meetings between relevant developer and project management teams to keep projects on track and within budget

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters Degree
0-1 year of experience
Strong analytical skills, work ethic, independence, problem solving ability, effective communication skills, and over-all positive attitude.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
