Residential programs run 24/7 and Individual and group therapy, family therapy, individualized case management, treatment planning, drug and alcohol counseling, Medication support services, and crisis intervention.

Job Overview


The Tustin Family Campus program is an 18 month residential treatment program serving 15 mothers with up to 32 children.

All residents have open Child and Family Service Cases in the County of Orange.

These mothers are working to reunify with their children while at the same time addressing their histories with addiction and mental health.

Our treatment team works closely with Orange County Social Services, Orange County Mental Health and Family Court to ensure successful case plan completion and reunification.

Clients receive substance abuse counseling and education, counseling and education in parenting and life skills as well as individual and group therapy for both mothers and children.

The goal for our clients is that they graduate with custody of their children, affordable housing and a steady income.


The Supervisor supervises and manages staff to ensure provision of quality client care and effective team performance to meet agency goals in accordance with the HealthRIGHT 360 philosophy, goals, policies, mission and vision.

The primary responsibilities of the Supervisor I are to assist in the process of providing quality client care by providing supervision and staff development for all assigned direct reports within the assigned Prototypes program.

The Supervisor is also responsible for overseeing client care as it relates to staff scheduling, outside agency relations, and other tasks as assigned by the Director, as well as other daily activities essential to incorporating the agency's mission and values as a part of our service delivery.

The primary objective of the Supervisor I is to provide smooth and effective supervision of the staff, assignments and program activities.

Supervisor is responsible for team's performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring that all treatment service plans and activities are executed in keeping with the organization's values, mission, vision and strategy.
  • Understands Supervisors role and the role of staff and how they fit within the agency's mission and values.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with all programmatic or project contractual requirements.
  • Responsible for ensuring all direct reports remain in compliance with all environmental, safety and health requirements of the program(s) assigned.
  • Responsible for ensuring all direct reports remain in compliance with policies and procedures as it relates to day to day program operations in collaboration with QI and EHR staff.
  • Works collaboratively with all level staff across all HealthRIGHT 360' programs.
  • Responsible for direct report's and team's performance.
  • Responsible for clinical and administrative oversight of all treatment services provided by direct reports within scope of practice.
  • Responsible for ensuring that direct reports provide strengths based, trauma informed, and culturally competent services.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all treatment services are provided in an ethical and legal manner.
  • Responsible for ensuring that quality, evidencebased, cutting edge services are provided to clients at all times and includes the maintenance of quality client records.
  • Responsible for all direct reports submitting documentation in accordance with program requirements and in compliance with all compliance and regulatory requirements and HealthRIGHT 360's policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the client's record is of high quality and kept up to date as part of the service provided.
  • Ensure that all staff functions within their scope of practice.
  • Ensures that all program staff, Manager and other senior management are informed and kept up to date on trends related to client treatment and care.
