- Aid in the development and execution of the product roadmap, alongside the Product Manager
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to create and maintain product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Manage and prioritize backlog based on business value, customer needs, and development effort
- Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings with cross-functional teams
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget
- Use data analytics and customer feedback to measure and optimize feature & project performance, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist the Product Manager in communicating product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and partners when needed
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of digital projects
- At least 2 years of experience in digital product ownership or project management
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product management best practices
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively with UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with data analytics and customer feedback tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Bizrate
- Experience in using Jira or other agile project management tools

A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.
