ENGINEER (M/F/D) IN THE FIELD OF PRODUCT AND PROCESS OPTIMIZATION


We are an expanding, medium-sized company within the Erbe Group in the field of medical technology in Sexau, located in southern Baden-Württemberg.

We manufacture medical products with high quality requirements, primarily for minimally invasive procedures in human medicine.

Our production spectrum includes both the individual production of components, as well as complex units of optical and electronic products.

Perfection is a given for us. We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Sales Representative (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Planning and optimization of work processes in production, taking into account ergonomic and economic aspects
  • Processing of deviations, defining suitable measures and implementing them
  • Support in the development and implementation of process improvements
  • Collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth production processes
  • Continuous monitoring and analysis of production processes to identify potential for optimization
  • Participation in project teams for the introduction of new products or processes
  • Close cooperation with suppliers and customers to ensure high quality standards and customer satisfaction
  • Participation in the development and implementation of quality management measures

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Degree in engineering or a related field
  • Experience in production planning and optimization
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and methods
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in German and English
