For our branch in Willich, we are currently seeking a part-time commercial employee (m/f/d) for sales, working 4 hours per day or 20 hours per week, with alternating early and late shifts (working hours to be arranged from Monday to Saturday).


Your responsibilities will include:
Organizing internal administrative processes, such as administrative tasks, processing planning, customer service, and inventory management processes
Gathering and evaluating information
Maintaining databases and creating and managing statistics
Supporting the branch manager in the back office, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings


Your profile:
Completed commercial or secretarial training
Excellent MS Office skills
Flexibility and strong organizational skills
Effective communication skills
Team spirit
