- Advertise the school via social media, direct mail, online, and on billboards, bus benches etc.
- Market SPSL school within our parishes and throughout the Omaha community.
- Respond to and track all enrollment inquiries.
- Schedule and give school tours to prospective families.
- Work with prospective families from their time of inquiry through enrollment.
- Plan and lead Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten Roundup.
- Help with student/family retention with Parent Ambassador Program.
- Facilitate welcome and retention events for SPSL families.
- Maintain school website, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Ability to create Instagram reels and other video productions
- Write and send out news releases to local media outlets.
- Research public and private grant agencies and foundations to identify potential sources of funding, apply for funding, and ensure all reporting requirements are satisfied.
- Reporting member of SPSL Development Committee.
- Assist with promotion of Development and Administration fundraisers and events.
- Act as school liaison for SPSL Fall Fundraiser.
- Assist with School Improvement Plans and strategic planning as requested by supervisor.
- Proficient at Adobe software (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), Microsoft Office products, Google Apps
- Experience with enrollment management systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Experience with marketing and communications
- Roles and Responsibilities include "other duties as assigned" such as assisting in the office, with students, and as needed in the school building.
