Description

The position is a member of the payroll team and reports directly to the payroll team leader. You will be responsible for payroll in Germany in a multi-regulatory environment.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring smooth operations in the payroll department
  • Responsible for personnel administration and data maintenance
  • Compliance with legal requirements in your area of responsibility
  • Compliance with occupational safety in your area of responsibility
  • Compliance with relevant regulations for occupational safety and fire protection
  • Compliance with procedures and work instructions of the quality management system
  • Maintaining order and cleanliness in your area of responsibility
  • Continuous data collection for salary calculation
  • Preparation of regularly recurring earnings certificates (e.g. for child allowance, housing purposes)
  • Point of contact for employees regarding tax and social security issues
  • Participation in monitoring of wage continuation

Your profile

Education:

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a similar qualification for this position
  • Further training in the field of personnel/payroll (desirable)
  • Business knowledge
  • Knowledge of payroll
  • Knowledge of personnel payroll systems
