    Description

    Position Summary:
    Open position available in Rapid Analytics group, a highly technical team in a dynamic work environment.

    Responsible for performing contract development services specializing in particle and biophysical characterization to support formulation, analytical development, and stability programs.


    Position Responsibilities:

    • Perform characterization with techniques such as HPLC, cIEF, Flow Cytometry, Light Obscuration, Micro-Flow Imaging, Analytical Ultracentrifugation, FTIR, Raman Microspectroscopy, and other techniques applicable to monitor physical and chemical stability of the proteins.
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain laboratory notebook and general understanding of Good Documentation Principles to document experimental observations.
    • Effective communication skills and teamwork are essential in this team-based group.
    • Troubleshooting instrumentation and processes.
    • Strong willingness to learn new techniques.
    • Adherence to laboratory safety guidelines.
    • Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned while meeting client deadlines.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • For Research Associate I: Bachelors degree in a scientific field and 0-2 years of experience
    • For Research Associate II: Bachelors degree in a scientific field and 2-4 years of experience, or a Masters degree and 0-2 years.
    • For Senior Research Associate: Bachelors degree in a scientific field and 3-5 years of experience, or a Masters degree and 2-4 years.

    Salary:
    $50,000-$70,000

    Salary range provided per current averages and expectations.

    The salary and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
