Marlo Silvestro

I am a young and creative UX/UI designer, based in Toronto. I love the aspect of user experience design that allows me to translate my ability to connect and empathize with others into data and ideation.  I am a dual US/Canadian citizen,  therefore I am legally authorized to work in both countries- currently I am looking to relocate and take on a new adventure. 

My most recent work experience has been with a fin-tech startup called Arbor, that specializes in impact investing. In this role I was a UX/UI designer, where I had the opportunity to conduct many rounds of end-to-end user research, as well as prototype the MVP. 

Before this, I had the opportunity to work as an environmental consultant for the Ministry of Transportation Ontario and as a marketing associate for RBC Dominion Securities. 

I attended Western University in London Ontario for my undergrad, which was a Bachelor of Science in Ecosystem Health. I then attended the University of Toronto to achieve my certification in UX/UI design.
