- You will own the entire relationship with assigned clients (cities), including onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, retention, and satisfaction
- Drive expansion and adoption of the Simplicity App
- Review the customer journey, develop and maintain customer-success strategies and best practices
- Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned cities and build trustful relationships with its representatives
- Maintain existing customer-success metrics and data
- You have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
