- Collaborate with the implementation team during the implementation phase to ensure a smooth transition post-implementation.
- Proactively engage with clients through face-to-face visits and phone calls to understand their business, issues, and needs.
- Offer continuous education on company processes and keep clients informed of product and service enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with performance guarantees on assigned cases and work closely with internal departments for operational functions.
- Deliver Claims Experience Reporting and data clearly to clients and conduct annual stewardship meetings.
- Identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities for assigned accounts and develop re-enrollment strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate renewals, communicate clients' needs, and drive revenue growth through new lines and increased enrollment.
- Assist in final presentations as needed.
- Follow best practices and standard operating procedures, identify and resolve internal issues impacting client satisfaction.
- Contribute to organization-wide projects and committees to enhance service and efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years of group insurance experience in account management
- Strong customer service skills, consulting expertise, product knowledge, and operational effectiveness.
- State insurance license required
- Proven success in managing brokers/consultants
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Thorough understanding of group insurance, state regulations, underwriting principles, and services
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Strong planning, organization, and analytical skills
- Adaptability and independence in work
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to represent the company professionally
