Your future responsibilities

Conducting ticket inspections
Obligation/authorization to collect the increased fare according to the general terms and conditions of the customer in case of customer's willingness to pay
Monitoring and compliance with the general terms and conditions of carriage/railway operating regulations
Active customer service by providing information on traffic conditions, fares, and locations, as well as providing assistance in emergencies (first aid)
Security and order services
Surveillance

Your profile

At least B1 level in speaking and writing
Customer and serviceoriented thinking and acting
Professional experience with customers is an advantage, but career changers (m/w/d) are also welcome
Proof of expertise according to § 34a of the Trade Regulation Act (can be obtained later)
Public transport training (can be obtained later)
Tariff knowledge training
