To strengthen our internal team in Mannheim, we are currently looking for a Recruiter to join us as soon as possible.


Responsibilities:

Talent Identification:


  • Responsible for the entire sourcing and recruiting process of candidates
  • Identifying highly qualified candidates through comprehensive research and use of various recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Get in Engineering) as well as creating suitable job postings.

Candidate Screening:


  • Conducting phone interviews, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial job interviews to ensure that candidates align with our company values and requirements.

Relationship Management:


  • Building and maintaining relationships with candidates to ensure a positive applicant experience and strengthen our employer profile.
  • Onboarding and supporting consultants during the interim project phase.

Collaboration:


  • Working closely with internal managers to understand their requirements and develop optimal recruiting solutions.

Strategic Recruiting:


  • Implementing strategies to identify, attract, and hire highly qualified candidates for our company (e.g. contacting universities, participating in job fairs, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or completed vocational training with equivalent professional experience in the field of recruitment.
  • Excellent German and English skills.
  • Motivating personality, persuasive skills, and efficient work style.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
