    Job Opportunity Details:

    • $1500 New Hire Incentive available to eligible employees.
    • 2 pay raises offered within the first year of employment.
    • 3rd shift Maintenance Technician role involves diverse responsibilities in installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment to support business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose equipment issues by analyzing test results, error messages, and operator feedback.
    • Perform maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, adjusting, disassembling, and reassembling machinery.
    • Inspect machinery for defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, and conduct testing to verify repairs.
    • Repair and replace components, operate machinery, and program computer-controlled equipment.
    • Document maintenance records accurately and adhere to safety regulations and operating procedures.

    Qualifications for Ideal Candidates:

    • 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • Proficiency in industrial refrigeration, boiler operations, and utility maintenance.
    • Skills in troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
    • Strong background in electrical and mechanical work, with knowledge of reading electrical schematics.
    • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication skills and professionalism, representing the company positively.
    • Ability to work various shifts, including overtime and weekends.
    • Physically capable of working in a manufacturing environment, handling chemicals, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
