- Lead the migration of systems to Orchestrade.
- Quickly develop a deep understanding of the business, as well as legacy and future ETRM systems.
- Communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
- Collect and analyze requirements from all stakeholders, including business users, IT staff, and external partners.
- Collaborate with vendors to conceptualize and test the best ways to model products in Orchestrade and to test their associated solutions.
- Participate in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, which includes writing test procedures, archiving results, onboarding new users, and supervising the final migration stages.
- Provide second-level support for any production issues after migration to Orchestrade.
- Work closely with the Business Opportunity team for the development and testing of new products in Orchestrade, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in Orchestrade, with demonstrated experience in system migration and implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and technical environments.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with a wide range of stakeholders including technical teams, business users, and external partners.
- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, and translating them into functional specifications.
- Knowledge of Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems, with a focus on their integration and optimization.
- Ability to lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and documentation.
- Strong project management skills, with an emphasis on meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
