- Document detailed system requirements, including functional, technical, EIR accessibility, and security aspects.
- Collaborate with business owners and technical teams to write and revise user stories.
- Conduct systems analysis, creating business process maps, conceptual models, and system architecture diagrams.
- Develop and execute test cases and scenarios based on business and system requirements, ensuring traceability.
- Design quality assurance test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing.
- Identify and document software defects, working with the project's Technical Lead to coordinate solutions.
- Work in a highly collaborative environment, demonstrating the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- 8 years of experience in business analysis, including gathering and analyzing requirements, preparing test plans, and developing software specifications.
- Proficiency in testing interfaces, data conversion, and migration for large, complex legacy systems.
- Ability to collect requirements across multiple program areas, synthesizing data requirements, and developing conceptual data models.
- Familiarity with SDLC principles and practices, including SDLC management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in troubleshooting computer software systems.
- Proficiency in facilitating workshops and collaborative work sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- 5 years of experience with hybrid (waterfall/agile) implementation methods for custom application development.
- Experience in adult education, learning program services, or workforce development programs.
- Familiarity with reverse engineering legacy applications to accelerate system redesign and modernization efforts.
