    Job Description:


    The CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of the organization, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities, as well as providing strategic guidance to drive business growth and profitability.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
    Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
    Monitor financial performance and provide strategic guidance to senior management.
    Manage financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    Lead financial analysis and risk management activities.
    Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize financial outcomes.
    Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the finance function.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in real estate development or multifamily residential sector.
    Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Proven track record of success in financial management and analysis.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
